Are You Grateful?


I ask you this question because it’s proven that gratitude is good for us and I want good things for you.

Whether you believe in the law of attraction or not, the truth of it is that when you are thankful for what you have you will end up having more.

Life can be tough at times though, right?

So when life is tough, how do you find gratitude in that? Feeling grateful is the last thing you feel like doing, right?

However, this is when gratitude is the most important.

So I ask you the question, “How grateful are you in these times?”

It’s then that you’ll get your breakthroughs.

Demonstrating gratitude is not about blocking out the tough times from our lives. It’s not about being grateful for the sh*t we’re going through or have been through.

It’s important that we recognize and work out that somethings are actually tough.

But it’s all about focusing on gratitude for ourselves and on the little things that we do have to be grateful for.

So it's about doing both!

Be grateful in the same moments that you’re working through the tough stuff.

That’s all.
